i thought air conditioners used a chemical to give the appearance of cooler air, when the air is actually staying the same temperature.
like spraying water on yourself on a windy day.

Uh, no. My fridge and freezer really are cold. Evaporation causes cooling whether it's the water evaporating off your skin, or freon evaporating in your ac.

not sure actually haha. i think someone mentioned it before and i had no prior knowledge to either believe or disbelieve him. and i hadn't had any since either, until now lol.
