So I brought my phone in to Apple. There's nothing wrong with my phone, so I wanted to avoid any potential future warranty claims problems and bring it in while my phone is working perfectly so they can note that my moisture sensor went off but it didn't cause the problem. I told them that "I just got a some water on it, but it didn't damage my phone".
There are 5 moisture sensors inside the phone, and I was expecting all of them to have gone off, but when they opened up my phone, only the one in the sim slot went off. The sim slot is right at the edge of the phone, so it's pretty easy for that to go off anyway. I guess not as much water got in as I thought, which is pretty amazing.
Anyway, the Apple guy said that he can't note on my record that moisture didn't cause future problems because apparently moisture damage can cause no damage now, but remain dormant in the phone for a long time and cause problems later.
