lol.. oh man, i agree, how do you even plan it? this guy is my hero... and how did this guy with the camera even have a camera recording coincidentally anyways? Maybe these two cars were dueling it out for a while before he even started recording.

Some people always have cameras recording in their cars. They sell car camera mounts.

I think people do it for insurance reasons because getting eye witnesses are so hard to do.

some guys just have their camera on like all the time.
for professional drivers, it's required by their company for safety reasons.
