Ironically, the other way to achieve a nice “gap” is to actually eat healthy and do squats to tone your quads so that they.
a: give your legs shape
b: help increase your metabolism
c: help get you to under 15% body fat (for a female) which is necessary to achieve a “gap”
This type of gap doesn’t look like two toothpicks side by side at an angle but actually looks FAR MORE appealing.
