Pro: MUCH, MUCH better than the old 571A or 570 banana slicers.

Con: Lacks the art deco lines of the old 568 slicers.

Verdict:

While I'll always love my old faithful 568, the older models just cannot surpass the features, or functionality, of the new 571B.

If you've been waiting to upgrade now is the time. The 571B is clearly the banana slicer of the future.
