just wondering what you guys think of the new tablet market that seems to be going crazy now. the ipad is cool, but i never really thought that i'd ever need one. but then i saw the samsung galaxy tab announced and now the rim playbook, and they're starting to look pretty cool.

if these things could double as a phone (via bluetooth of course, i can't imagine holding one of those things to my face), i would almost definitely get one as it truly is an all-in-one device.

not sure if i would want to wait until 2011 for the playbook though, and it seems that the galaxy tab has cooler features and functions (although a worse camera that i'll never use and slower processor).

i just want to look like this:

The iPhone 4 is actually more feature packed than the iPad. It has the same processor, but the iPhone 4 has twice as much RAM (256mb vs 512mb)
The iPad has a bigger storage option (64gb vs 32gb) and a bigger screen (9.7in vs 3.5in), but that's about all it's got on the iPhone 4.

the RIM Playbook does look pretty sweet though.

i never really wanted to get the ipad though. i can't imagine preaching off that enormous heavy thing.
the playbook and galaxy tab are much smaller and lighter. faster processor paired with true multitasking is a recipe for win.

Yeah, it did look sweet back in Sept 2010. Not so much now though. There's so much more out there now.
