What I think is actually the case here is that Keian probably went around to more than just twice, offering his nipples to be sucked or his mouth to do the sucking. That's why there are so many different versions of what happened. I bet you can ask any guy and they'll have their own version of Keian's nipple sucking story.

I think at first we all develop as females and only at a certain stage of development does the sex of the fetus get determined. Maybe the nipples develop early and we're stuck with them after God decides we should be a boy instead of a girl...
