Asbestos. Had to get an Abatement team in there, when all was said and done, it tacked on an extra $14,000.00 to my project, and delayed it by 6 weeks. I was not happy.

I'm trying to picture you attempting to outrun the cops (when I call in a trespassing report) while riding your elephant with jackhammer in hand. Make sure you put some HID's on dumbo 'cuz that school area isn't that well lit at night. Yellow one's will probably get you better visibility if the weather continues to deteriorate more with all the wind and rain lately. And make sure you get a good portion of eggs in for breakfast. You'll need the energy to run from the cops and Dumbo when he turns on you for beating on him with the jackhammer while trying to out maneuver the popo.
