i meant he personally didn't grind my gears a lot, but i know people like him who would annoy the living crap out of me. perhaps i'll start a new thread on what happened then, in order to not clutter this very focussed thread.

seriously, how f*cking entitled do you feel? their contract explicitly says that they CANNOT use the playground. so what do they do? they're hosting a daycare out there right now, and have somehow OPENED UP THE LOCKED SHED THAT BELONGS TO THE ACTUAL DAYCARE and have pulled out all their toys and are playing with them. roughly, might i add. and do you think they'll clean up after themselves? i'd be honestly shocked if they even consider it.

no, i've made a point to not deal with the renters anymore. it's not my job and i don't seem to be too effective in doing so anyway. i'll let my secretary deal with it (which she said she already did when i came in this morning).
they cleaned up the toys, but didn't sweep the rocks that the kids threw all over the pavement. i guess those rocks clean themselves. or evaporate.

but all this eroded rocks will turn into sand and likely get into a gear somewhere, and likely start grinding it...

what size rocks are we talking about here? like the ones that you can hold a handful in your hands? or bigger?
