yup, even if you don't rent for and pay the 7200 for 5 years, (for a total 36,000), your principal will be approx. 115k still. but if you sell the house for 320k (100% increase), then your net sale will be 205k (from what was a initial 32k investment and a 36k investment over 5 years).
