i was thinking that on average, you'll probably have 1 car get a wash every 10 minutes. Obviously peak times you'll have 1 car every minute or so, but other times like the middle of the night (unless you have poker problems like us), there'll be no cars going through the wash. so that's 6 cars an hour multiplied by 24hrs in a day multiplied by 365 days a year multiplied by roughly $8 per wash = $420,480/yr.... obviously there are expenses like maintenance and wages for the attendant and supplies (soap), and hydro... but man, that's a pretty big chunka change just for a carwash... and i think 6 cars an hour (144 a day) is pretty conservative... they probably average closer to 250 cars a day... and on sunnier days in the summer, probably like 500/day...
