My coworkers (from a different team than me) who are yelling across the office to talk to each other. They sit 3 or 4 pods away from each other and are separated by dividers and stuff, so sometimes they yell loudly so they can hear each other. They don't bother standing up to face each other when yelling either... they're just yelling while sitting and facing their computers, which is actually facing away from each other.

And they're not yelling simple yes or no. They're yelling detailed instructions on how to do a certain process on their computers. ugh.

when people ask me to do things w/o specific instructions/requirements and expect me to figure things out... i spend so much time trying to ask all the right questions so know exactly what they want done. wtf... if you don't know what needs to be done then how will i?
