i think that's what that guy in the article was talking about. true, a lot of companies use poor working conditions and stuff, but they don't sell things at outrageous prices.

Wow... complain about Fido all you want, but Rogers retentions SUCK!!! you need to get on a corporate plan to get anything good. I tried to negotiate a better deal for my parents there with a second level manager and they just didn't have any cheap offerings, plus you HAVE to sign a three year contract, even without a HUP.

Guess I'm porting them over to Fido.

the union employee plan i have available with rogers is pretty good. basically the same as the one fido retention offered.

yeah so apparently my brother got the 4s on the first day. after my laughing and calling him a nerd and his angry defense that it's for work, i played with siri.

myreview is that although it's cool and a neat concept, it's pretty freaking slow and unable to really answer anything other than basic commands, like what time is it or where is my wife (the latter question didn't work,but it tried). i can only see it being used to maybe change your schedule if you ever need to NOT just manually do it, or quick google searches while you're driving.

Siri is in its infancy, but has great potential. You can add different apps to interface with siri as well.

Like for example, in Jai's case.. if the app that will control his house adds siri integration, then you can ask siri to turn off your lights or check if you need to buy milk.

The level of integration into the iOS will just continue to get deeper and deeper, so sooner or later, you'll be able to ask siri to do anything that the iOS device can do.

I haven't had many huge issues with it recognizing what I say... the odd word here and there, but that's about it.

It had problems recognizing Daffy's honger accent though.
