you know what grinds my gears? people who put themselves in constant competition with other people when most other people couldn't care less. and whenever someone isn't a fan of them, they're "jealous".
case in point, the rick warren story.
another case in point, when people say "i don't like justin bieber", belieber fans would inevitably say "oh, you're just jealous".

actually, maybe it's more about people who think that everyone should love them regardless. and when people don't, somehow it's "their loss" or something's wrong with them.

why can't people not like other people because they're jerks anymore? or not like them simply because they're not likeable people? i want my cynicism back!
