It's funny how this forum turned into like a private (or public rather) messaging system. Whatever happened to email? haha

not only does dave not answer his phone, he doesn't check email either.

when i posted that one for him, i saw that he was online haha, i thought i'd catch him but i wasn't quick enough.

I think that Dave actually doesn't come here that often anymore. Last time I was at his place, I noticed that his IE is set to open up 8 different tabs as homepages everytime you open IE... The forumz is one of those 8. Don't think that he actively monitors this place much.

haha, oh. i just sometimes see him on, but i never see posts by him.

He's probably on here lurking for free PS3 games.

Ask kitty if she can go for 1400. If its 1400, then i'll take a look at it. Also do you know roughly how much is spent on hydro per month on that place?

don't know if you got my message from earlier, but bad news on all counts.
the place is rented out (for $1600 a month no less) to some asian family. and my friend found an apartment off heather and 70th.

1600 is pretty good still. I'm getting $1900 for just the upstairs of our old house on 64th. Vancouver has a vacancy rate of 1.9% so everyone is pretty much getting what they are asking for unless it's like way over priced.

and apparently she really likes these people because they seem clean and responsible for chinese mainlanders lol.
