So...lets see if I got this right. The Americans are in a debt crisis, but instead of raising their own taxes, they slap a tax on Canadians, Mexicans and Columbians entering the US?

Looks like it's just by air or boat.
Gives me more reason to drive to Bellingham or Seattle, then take a flight from there.

normally i'd just be like meh since it's just $5.50. but now with an upcoming family of four, that'd be $22 man! eff that!
