any good deals out there? not looking for anything specific, but sure would like to save money (like 50 grand on a watch or something).

I wanted to get a new notebook. Saw a nice Acer one at Future Shop that's pretty cheap.
A core i5 model with 15" screen for $479.

Too bad my wife wants me to spend the money I won on a vacation trip, or else I would've bought a new notebook instead.

don't you have other christmas money to use toward a notebook?
