So they are building a new Ikea right by the old one in Richmond. There's a chinook helicopter doing something there. Everyone is outside watching. Pretty cool stuff.

is it a new ikea or just expanding the old one? and what is a chinook helicopter?

Totally brand new building... once they're finished building the new one, they'll tear down the old one.
