Just got a letter in the mail. They're planning to tear down the mall and build a high rise tower with some low rise structures for mixed residential and commercial use.

I guess it's kind of like Metrotown in a way.

I guess they're wanting to capitalize on the skytrain more.

whoa, tear down the mall? i knew the mall sucked but i didn't think it sucked that much. oh well, the way of champlain mall i guess.
