No lift in the new place...
Apparently, she was had the misconception that it "magically" disappears into the ground when not in use.
Where the heck would I buy said "Magic" lift that takes up ZERO space and lives in a secret realm underneath my garage floor for a realistic price?

i think you can only do that if you're lifting from the wheels, not from jack points. but lifting from the wheels would be stupid because half the time you jack up your car is to change your wheels.

I forgot to mention the budget.... I wish that I could get one of these for under $5000. The regular lift I was looking at was $3000. The Rotary inground I'd love to have is $14000.
It'd solve all my problems though... but too much $$$
