that sun makes you age

if you're not tanning or sitting out in the sun for hours, the extra vitamin d will do you good. but if you're like gardening or mowing the lawn, it's probably a good idea to cover up a bit.

however, regular daily activities won't require much protection. in fact, it could be detrimental (we need some sun).

or, so says the doctor i was talking to about it, at least.

having said that, poor guy and his face. that's pretty crazy.

i wonder if it's really that bad or the super high definition camera just makes it worse.

I don't wear sunscreen. I'm hoping that someday I'll look my age.

do you run in the sun a lot? i find that sweat only enhances the tan, which probably means skin cancer too.

I found sweat actually acts as a bit of a sunscreen.

really? i always find that when i sweat i tan easier. not sure if i burn easier as i usually don't burn, but i assumed that if i tan easier then i should burn easier too.

nope, i never use sunscreen.

Hmm, that's weird... maybe our sweat is made out of different stuff. Like maybe my sweat is made out of sunscreen. That would be a pretty useful superpower to have, I guess.

yeah, cause when someone is like "oh no, i forgot to put on sunscreen today!" you can be like, "here, let me sweat all over you".

"Looks like you missed a spot under your nose. Just a sec, let me get that for you." haha
