i just got back to the office from a meeting, and i picked up some melatonin on my way back. hopefully drugging up will help.

A couple of beers before bed last night really helped me. Best night in a long time. Might have to make a habit of this!

drinking keeps me up longer. seriously. i think the most drunk i've ever been in my life was either my stag or duncan's wedding. both times i was up all night.

i didn't take the melatonin last night. winnie made me go to bed before 11. i think i actually fell asleep around 11:30, but then i woke up at 5am. and this effing twitch in my eye still won't go away, it's been like a week now.

Try eating more bananas. Might not do anything but hey, they're only bananas.
