Yes, even Apple fanbois will admit Apple made a mistake with their map app.

you know all those really could have just been one post.

and i'm sure glad i don't have an iphone because of apple maps.
but then, i hardly ever use gps on my phone, because when i need it, i'm out of the country.

Google Maps came back to the iPhone as "Google Maps" whereas before, they used to be a native and undeleteable app called "Maps". The Apple maps app is now called "Maps" and you can't delete it, so it'll be forever a reminder that Apple maps sucks.

you can't hide icons?
or put them in a folder and hide the folder?

u can hide ur phone in a folder.

You can hide certain icons, but not all... and not the Maps one. I guess you can put it in a a folder somewhere, but it's still there... forever.
