i don't know how a shooting can be "targeted" but not gang related. i guess it could be wannabe gang related.

This is how the end of the world starts.

i've been reading different articles and apparently cnn dropped a name of the alleged shooter... except they got it wrong. now this guy (who was at work at the time) is public enemy number 1 and has since deleted his fb account, as well as many of his friends deleting theirs out of association... but not before they got a picture of him circulating around.

idiots.

and now people are talking about gun control, both for and against. if there were no guns, this wouldn't have happened. if there were more guns, this wouldn't have happened. endless.

except that if there were more guns, this WOULD have happened as a suicide shooter isn't going to care if he shoots up a school full of gun-toting teachers or not. he's still going in there to die you morons. all that would probably happen are these vigilante teachers trying to save the day and take the shooter out with their untrained methods and hit more students.

argh. i'm so frazzled by this.

More guns just doesn't friggin make sense... wth?

it's to combat fear with fear.
but with that logic, we should allow all countries to have nuclear weapons too.
