so our conference is having a social get together and i was going to book a table at riverway golf club (i've been there a few times with other workmates and the food is pretty good), but they're not available the day i wanted. now i need ideas of good restaurants to house about 10-15 pastor types. budget $20-30 a person before drinks. looking metro vancouver area. go!

You mean horrny old booze hounds?
How about Cactus Club?
Seriously though, is this for lunch, dinner, coffee and snacks? Does it need to be quiet, or is livlier better?

for dinner.
i actually thought about a pub as the group who's going would be more into that (most of them at least), but then a nicer restaurant would probably be better.
winnie suggest poor italian on renfrew and 1st, but i'm not sure if they can fit so many together.

How about Biercraft on Commercial? They do great tapa style food, which is good for sharing.
Not sure if they can accomodate 15 ppl though.. I think I remember seeing a big area.

Paros Taverna in Coquitlam is the best Greek I've ever had.

too far and i'm not taking 16 people to a place with no reservations.
i just booked the reflections lounge/restaurant at the hilton at crystal mall. i've been there a few times and the food/prices are decent, and they have a menu that won't make these old germans gag.
