Apple reported record profit, but also reported a slow down in sales. As a result, investors got spooked and have started selling.

Nokia and RIM stocks have gone up though, which is great news. I've always liked Nokia, and love seeing a Canadian company like RIM do well. If Windows Phone OS develops into something comparable to the iPhone ecosystem, I might think of switching over.

yeah, i read about this too. stock went down almost 10% or something, which doesn't mean much when it's still almost at $500.
rim is up almost 150% since september, which doesn't mean much when it's just at $18 lol.

i was going to buy when it was at $7 too. oh well.

and too bad nokia is shutting down their vancouver office. i wouldn't mind the chance at more free stuff haha.
