Maybe it's a stick on tattoo like the ones our kids love? haha... no way i'd permanently tattoo tech onto my neck though. by the time you get the courage to tattoo yourself, the tattoo itself will probably be out of date and another version of it gets released. then what? laser out the tattoo and tattoo another thing on my neck? no thx.
