Its kinda a joke how they say high sodium blah blah blah, daily fat LIMIT.

What they mean is 'recommended daily value for the average sedentary slob'. I love how they advocate helping people make healthy choices while just throwing out arbitrary numbers of sodium, calories and fat. Helping people make healthy choices would be to educate them on evaluating their own intake and getting people to exercise on a regular basis.

i saw the article on the front page a couple days ago but i thought it was just about the link that fynn posted above.
and i didn't bother reading it because i'm healthy as an ox. who else could eat fast food as much as me and still be alive?

Fast food isn't all that bad for you. I could probably lose fat on all fast food, alternatively I could probably put on muscle on all fast food.

BTW, I'm thinking of getting a personal trainer certification of some sorts. Anyone have a certification to recommend and/or school to take a course?
