I can't believe that the South Korean skaters pwned each other out of a Silver and Bronze medal. It should'a been a Huge South Korean sweep of the event. They just HANDED them to the US. Someone's gonna get hurt real bad!!!! Apollo got lucky.

What's even more sucky is that when a South Korean athlete wins an Olympic Medal, the Government then pays them a salary for LIFE.

That guy could have easily taken all three of them out. What was he thinking??

Can't believe how crappy the Canadian guy was... he was totally outclassed by Apolo and the Korean guys.

I forget now (it was a while) but didn't he fall in that race?

the canadian dude fell in the semis because another dude swiped at his skate when the guy was going down so the judges elected to let the canadian pass through to the finals... but he still sucked...

i have to say, i'm a little underwhelmed by how crappy canada's doing so far... yes, we're up there in the medal standings, but heck, all this hype going into the olympics has people (including me) thinking that it should be total domination of the medal standings....

still only a couple days in. Lots of medals to come...

i met the Canadian speed skating couch when she came in for yoga. Asked her if Canada was going to win lots of gold, all she said was we have a good team.
