Who has the best Phở in Vancouver?
I have to split my decision in two...
The best place for seven course beef and a Spicy "special" Phở has to be Sông Hương on Nanaimo.
And just for regular Phở... nobody beats Phở Vân on Fraser.

fixt...
but that's my point. Phở LAN in Richmond is quite good, but any place that uses that much MSG to shortcut it still won't compare to a place that actually takes the time to cook their stock from scratch for multiple days.
I can taste the difference. It's just like all those freaking Taiwan Beef Noodle places. The best one that I've has is Master Hung's in Aberdeen, again, it tastes better because the soup base is not shortcutted, but I'm not paying $9.85 again for a beef noodle, no matter how good it was.

Master Hung haha
The place on Main and 14th or somewhere near there is pretty good... the one next to Vancouver Chinese Pentecostal Church.

That's cuz master hung was voted no.1 in Taiwan, and it is the same price over there.
But i wouldn't pay 10 bux for a bowl either.

that place on main was pretty good, but i think i've only been there twice. that's the one where they make the noodles in front of you, right?
