A Healthy Challenge (brainstorming ideas)

I think Joel mentioned that it would be cool to have a healthy challenge thrown in as well. Not sure what you'd be interested in though so thought I'd create this thread for you to share your ideas.

Some ideas so far:
Decrease BF%
Run Sun Run (I'll handicap myself and say I have to run a half marathon at a quicker pace)
GranFondo Vancouver to Whistler (or some other biking challenge)
Wife Carrying competition

How about a BF% reduction competition for our wives?
As husbands, we secretly find ways to reduce their body fats, like sneak whole grains into their bacon mushroom melt burgers.
