Should I reset someone's post count to '0'?

Just wondering?
Let's say if I get two neh's, then I'll just leave things as is, but if I get seven yea's, then someone's getting reset. Somebody. I won't say who, but I think you might know who it might be.

Damn it, this cheapola freeware bb software doesn't have the option to just reset post count. I have to go into the MySQL Database and manually change it. Lame. I'll get around to it at a most inconvenient time. The masses have spoken.
