That to me is a colossal waste of time (outside of the experience of hanging out with your friends or strangers) when you likely won't even end up winning any money. The time and money spent could have been better spent elsewhere.
Good thing about Vancouver is, you usually don't need to pay a lot to have good/great tasting food. A Michelin rated restaurant however is usually well worth spending the money to go experience. Same thing with buying a Ferrari over a Dacia, or wearing Tom Ford over George, or Bridgestone over Nexen.
And Keian, your 3 star experience you can replicate at the very comfort of your own home.
