actually, the guys next door moved in, not sure if they want me parking there anymore. winnie just parked her car in front on my uncle's house down the alley and i took the garage spot. i'll try to negotiate with the neighbours over the weekend i guess. i don't want winnie to have to walk so far with ryan whenever they go do something.

first of all, it's my uncle's.
secondly, because she goes out like maybe once a week. i go to work everyday. i was happy parking outside our garage door but she insisted on parking there anyway.

it was her decision, not mine.

i didn't even ask her to. she just told me yesterday that she parked there. now that it's raining, i doubt she'll go out at all anyway.

so now we're thinking that those nerds are putting trees up in front. TREES. freaking sap.

we're talking about putting in a parking space in the back. we'll bring in the fence and pave some of the area. the question is though, to have one pull in spot, two pull in spots, or one spot to parallel in off the alley?

at first i wanted two pull in spots, in case we have a visitor they can park in the back (and extra parking is always good in case ryan learns how to drive) and also it'll be a sweet car wash bay. but then we'd be losing a lot of lawn.

one pull in spot seems like a waste of time.

one spot to parallel into isn't bad, we'd still have decent amount of lawn and less amount of work to get it done. but it's only one spot and the car wash bay won't be so epic anymore.

so i'm just wondering if you guys have any thoughts before i go at it with a shovel.

A parallel spot works fine for car washing... it's not like the lane gets a ton of traffic anyways.

hmm.. asking the in laws to pave more parking spots for you two... sounds like you're not planning on moving out anytime soon... haha

no, because someone isn't planning on working anytime soon.

oh well, it works this way. we have a large house at our disposal and sweet parking haha. and it wasn't my idea anyway, so i didn't ask for the spot.

i think nathan means that man sing is selling or already has sold the house... ben was telling me how they're putting the place up for sale because nobody but man sing and grace live there now...

no, i meant ben or joe liu don't live there anymore. they still own the house. the other side where their grandparents lived is going up for sale sometime soon (or so they told me for the past couple years).

and they have the steam roller and stuff all ready to go. i have a feeling that the rain was keeping them from working.
