no you can't set your watch to it. well, i guess you could if you like your watch being wrong all the time.

if anything, my handwashing habits could be a little sporadic. sometimes i use soap. sometimes i don't. sometimes i sing my abc's as per that sign in the preschool. sometimes i don't. sometimes i use a paper towel. sometimes i use a regular towel. sometimes i walk away with wet dripping hands like joe does. sometimes i sneak behind someone with my wet hands and yell A CHOO and flick the water on their neck.
