Ok, so... just to confirm (re-confirm).
We're in this for the 17M lump sum, and not the 1M/yr * 25 yrs.
Lesser prizes will be converted to cash and split evenly with everyone who is in the pool and who have paid for their ticket(s) before the draw date. If people decide to reinvest their 'lesser' winnings into another lottery pool, that is their choice, but they are not forced to.

i found out that the deadline is actually the 17th (thursday), but i reeeeaaaaalllly want the money before then. i don't want to have to get into the hassle of chasing people to pay for their tickets. drop off the money at my house or my office, i don't care. i just don't want all this to get too messy.
