Pedialyte is closer to the Low calories gatorade (G2). Not sure about the concentrations....
Problem with normal gatorade is that it has high sugar content. Having more sugar in your blood causes your body to require more water. So overall effect is that you are getting hydrated, but not as much as you would without the sugar. If you're working out or done working out then you want the sugar for energy.
If you're just hung over, i'd go with G2 or pedialyte.
