most the market took a hit yesterday after some negative announcement from the us federal reserve.

i just hope my rrsps bounce back by the time i'm ready to take them out to buy a house

it dipped for a couple hours a couple weeks ago too, this was just the first time it closed under parity since january.
it's still not that bad. i remember when we were at 77 cents or something before. that sucked.

actually, not too long ago i think it was more like 65 cents or something

i don't mind it dipping back to .65 cents. that would be like earning 50+% interest on my us cash!

i only have like a 50 sitting on my dresser. i guess if the canadian dollar dips more, that 50 could be a 55.

you can find some pretty cheap flights down to vegas during the week if you look. Almost as cheap as the cost of a full tank of gas at $1.38/L driving down to seattle and back
