speaking of prime rib roasts... alicia's mom made it one the other day, ugh, i swear, she needs to learn how to make roasts too... i've never had one juicy tender roast in that house... she likes to cook it with very little seasoning, and she doesn't tie the thing down, and she always cheaps out on the cut. not to mention, apparently nobody in that house likes any pink in their beef... wtf eh? the rarest part of that roast was medium at best... dry as heck, chewy and tough like jerky too... don't mean to sound spoiled because i don't often cook for myself, but man, she needs to learn how to cook her proteins... every roast (beef or pork) is always tough and dry...
i really should be working
