something I am thankful for today...

thankful to be back at work and not loaded with stuff to do.
also thankful for a congregation that appreciates me and pays me above and beyond what is required of them even though we usually end up in the red.
and especially thankful that i have flexible hours. i couldn't get my butt out of bed today until 10:30 or so.

dec 26: enjoying dinner with my fams
dec 27: having the day off to just rest and relax

Thankful that I had a smooth flight to and a smooth flight back from my parents place without any delays whatsoever. I don't think that's EVER happened before.

Thankful for a new year coming up. I'm always excited about new things.

i'm thankful that i got about 11 hours of sleep last night.
thankful that after i got up to pee i went back to bed for a hefty 4 hour nap.
also thankful for an understanding wife that lets me sleep when i need it.

dec 29: getting to play hockey for the archangels team practice tonight.

Granted it was 4:30am, but man have I gotten lazy with my technique

Finally getting a good night's rest. First one in about a week.

jan 2: having some down time to play some video games for a bit.

jan 2: Completing the first 2 out of 72 planned training runs for the marathon. Off to a good start!
Starting the year off healthy and injury free.
jan 3: Making the 20,000th post in the General Stay-Reasonably-On-Topic-Forum + its Subforums.
