he didn't order anything crazy... although there was something he ordered that we had no idea what it was... i think it was something like "bing doufu"... or ice tofu... but i remember for certain. it looked like chinese rock sugar when it was on the plate.. lol... put it in the pot and it comes out tasting like any other bean curd... meh...

Oh... I love that stuff. It's nothing really special, I guess. It's regular tofu that's frozen. Once tofu is frozen, it changes the texture of it, so when you cook it, it actually turns into bean curd texture.
