no, it was from dinner last night. patrick made chicken and he was unsure if it was fully cooked or not. i ate it anyway, and then realised that the middle was pretty much raw.

You can eat chicken raw and your body can process it just fine. It's just that raw chicken has lots of pretty bad bacteria.

actually patrick is a cook, not a chef. and i think with the regular home equipment that we have it's hard to tell when you're baking chicken if it's been in there long enough (and not too long to dry it out). it was just a little undercooked i guess.

and truth be told, i eat raw chicken all the time. i take a massive dump after, but then it's business as usual. i'm thankful for my resilient body lol.
