i drove by the guy's house yesterday (4422 gilpin), because it's on my way to metro and it's a pretty easy address to remember. it's a pretty isolated part of the street, so i can see how the guy should have fired off a gun and took off without anyone seeing him. scary stuff though.

oh and i talked to winnie's cousin who lives on gilpin, she said that she didn't even know anything was up until the next day when she read the paper like everyone else haha.

she said that the block was taped off, but it wasn't on her way home so she didn't care.

I'm wondering... was that loud bang you heard last week maybe from a sniper rifle shot?

it was a friday night, i didn't hear anything about a friday night.

and the guy didn't have a sniper rifle did he? i thought it was just a regular rifle.

I thought they said sniper rifle on the news but maybe they exaggerated.

i think if it were a sniper rifle, he wouldn't have gotten it back on the island. a regular rifle, sure, but i don't think regular dudes can carry a sniper rifle. i could be wrong though.
