my cousin just brought it back from his hk trip and showed it to me yesterday... it's MASSIVE... holy crap it's huge (that's what she said btw)...

seriously, the thing isn't a phone, it's a tablet... with phone capabilities... but the screen is amazing. If i didn't mind big phones, i would get it too, but it's just too big to keep in a pocket... it's pretty thin too.. i'm worried that it'd break if i sat down with jeans on...

I think you (nature boy) should go and actually feel the size in your hands first and maybe put it in your pocket to see if you like the size.

it's a little taller, not as wide, and a hair thinner... kinda like how the iphone5 changed

It's now 151.1 x 80.5 x 9.4mm (5.9 x 3.2 x 0.4 inches), so slightly up from 146.9 x 83 x 9.7mm (5.8 x 3.3 x 0.4 inches)



the screen size is bigger but oddly enough, according to that site, the resolution is crappier? worse ppi

if i could use my tablet as a phone, i would. i'd just use a bluetooth instead of putting that giant thing to my face.
if i had the note, i'd do that as well.

however, i probably won't get it. many of those cool things in the video will be on bb10 as well. having said that, i probably won't be getting a bb10 phone either. probably not for a year or so at least.

but even if you used bluetooth, the problem is carrying the "phablet" as they call it... toss it into any pant/jacket pocket and it feels huge... maybe if i was a murse (cough dave) carrying guy, maybe it'd be ok to carry around, but im not...

i'd rock it in my pocket. i never thought i'd carry a smartphone after my nokia candybars, but i got used to it.
i'm even used to carrying my playbook in my coat pocket now.

if i'm not wearing a coat, i usually hold my phone in my hand anyway, along with my wallet. i don't like having things in my pocket usually anyway (esp my back pocket, which is the bigger reason for holding my phone, carrying just my wallet in my hand is weird).

either that or i can put it in winnie's purse haha.
