so the guy i got into an accident with a month ago is filing for injuries. he hit me going like 5 km/h and there's barely any damage to my car. and he's injured?

it's asshats like these that make icbc charge as much as they do. my adjuster made it sound like they're going to tell him to screw off, but we won't know for another month.
