not in burnaby. it's still piled up everywhere. only thing clear is the well-travelled roads (alleys still suck) and whatever was shovelled. oh speaking of which did i mention our walk was shovelled a total of one times yesterday? and it was by me when i got home in the evening although everyone was home all day.

Make a game out of it. Tell Ryan to try and make the biggest snowman he can using all the snow he can find.

Just make sure he doesn't make it on your doorstep.

Either way, the home owner has a responsibility to shovel at least the sidewalk and their front walkway. It's common courtesy.

it's still a bylaw though. i was told that technically if you slip on someone's unshovelled sidewalk, you could sue. however, no one does because it's probably more trouble than it's worth.

I'm curious about that bylaw. I remember it was in place last year or the year before. I shovelled one morning by 10am, in the afternoon it was all covered again. Most of my neighbours didn't even bother.

I read that it was supposed to snow today.. I guess it didn't happen, but good for Nathan, he didn't have to shovel again.

i think it's supposed to snow overnight but it's gonna be wet snow so it probably wont stick. especially since it's supposed to rain for the next week
