This is apparently sparking a lot of controversy.
I actually think Earl's has a right not to provide high chairs. It's not like they're disallowing kids into their restaurants. Some of these angry parents seem to just have too much of a sense of entitlement. Is it a law in BC that restaurants must provide high chairs?
The Earl's rep in the article said parents can bring their own high chairs. I think that's perfectly reasonable, but that comment got even more negative feedback.
