when i said "that's different", i meant that it's not acceptable to have a salaried employee to contract out their own work as opposed to it being accepted that a contractor may sub contract out work. Yes, there's no difference between other lazy salaried employees who contract out their own work and the the guy in the article but what we're saying is that it's unacceptable. Especially for this dude who worked in "critical infrastructure" in the states, there are privacy and security issues.
