Batman Dark Knight Returns: Part 1

I just watch part 1 of the new dc animated movie dark knight returns. it's based off frank miller's critically acclaimed graphic novel.

it's worth the watch. some ppl might be turned off by the animation since it's very much based off of miller's style used in the original mini-series. but a great story line for those who never read the comic version, can't wait for part 2. robocop lends his voice for the batman once again.

also some minor plot elements from the recent dark knight rises movie were actually drawn upon from miller's novel.

highly recommend.

just finished watching part 2 that was just released...

the best batman story ever told. bar none.

despite being an animated movie, this was probably the best batman movie i ever watched...

I wasn't a big fan of the Frank Miller graphic novel version storyline. I am a fan of his artistic styling though. I wouldn't mind watching this.
