yeah lol. it seems like everyone in this entire forum (except me) has a knack for saying unfunny stuff.

anyway, so there are a lot of people complaining how bb10 isn't "blackberry" enough and are returning them like crazy.

Umm... wasn't it plainly obvious from all the videos and marketing that the bb10 was totally different than the old bb? I don't use a bb and I could tell.

yeah, i think it was a bunch of haters.
but a few things that came up that they didn't like:
-lack of sound profiles
-lack of individual user profiles (different chime/led flash for messages/calls from this person)
-lack of high customisability (themes, app docks, and uh, sounds, etc)
-no good apps
-no bes, so data is as expensive as it is for everyone else
-no push email, but rather a "pull" type email
-something with the sim, don't remember what
-dim screen

a lot of those are fixable, of course, but at the same time like you said they should have known. what really gets me is that this is a new os, one that people have been asking for and bb delivered. but they're all mad because it's too new. either case, with any new os you'd expect to find some bugs.

the funny thing is that some posters say that it's not a new os, that they've been working on it for over a year now. lol wut? that's like saying your newborn should be able to walk because they've been cooking for 9 months in the womb already.

Most of those things on the list aren't even distinctively BB features.

it what power users liked about their blackberries though. i never used the customised rings/alerts/leds, but i guess a lot of people did. no sound profiles will be missed though, i use them a lot.

i'd miss the dock charging and the trackpad though. or did i say that already?

yeah, there were other things too but i just don't remember them.
my win8 phone doesn't have sound profiles. it was pretty annoying.

no, i don't think i can sell it, as it was a "test" unit.
a test unit in an unopened box, but he did mention that i couldn't sell it.
